I have to admit that I fumbled around a bit with the colour contrast (it was a rather cloudy day...) - but I think I brought out the idea. One may find this a cheap excuse, but what the heck...

Sad to say so, the one with the speaker and the empty beer cans: It was a sculpture about 1.20 metres high, made from styrofoam and empty beer cans. It was remvoed some weeks later, so last evidence is in this picture I (and hopefully lots of other people made).
The words in the bubble ("Wo is mei 16er Blech ?!") is a play with words that might get a bit long to explain/translate from German/Viennese dialect:
16er Blech is a synonym for Ottakringer Beer - a brand of beer brewed in the district where I found this one (the 16th district of Vienna is Ottakring). All together you get the name. Blech refers to the tin cans in which it is commonly enjoyed.
Among the empty cans there is no can of Ottakringer.
